The quoted price reflects the scope outlined above and is valid for 30 days; any additional materials, wall repairs, or prep work discovered on-site may result in a revised quote, which will be discussed before proceeding.

I (Client) agree to provide clear access to the work areas and to have the space reasonably prepared on the scheduled start date. I understand that the condition of my walls may affect the final result and that any pre-existing damage or uneven surfaces will be assessed at the start of the project. I will have the opportunity to review the completed work before final payment, and minor touch-ups needed to complete the project will be addressed at no additional charge.
